Community Guidelines

VivaStreet is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and legal platform for adults across the UK. These guidelines apply to all content displayed on the Site, whether posted directly or aggregated from third-party sources. Violations may result in content removal and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Zero tolerance policy: VivaStreet has zero tolerance for content involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, or any form of non-consensual activity. Such content will be removed immediately and reported to law enforcement.

1. Age requirement

All users of VivaStreet must be at least 18 years of age. All persons depicted in listings must be at least 18 years of age at the time of depiction. No exceptions.

2. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on VivaStreet:

  • Any content involving or depicting minors
  • Content promoting human trafficking or exploitation
  • Non-consensual imagery or revenge porn
  • Content promoting violence, abuse, or threats
  • Fraudulent listings, scams, or phishing attempts
  • Stolen photos or identity theft
  • Spam, duplicated listings, or automated postings
  • Content promoting illegal drugs or substances
  • Any content that violates UK law

3. Listing standards

All listings displayed on VivaStreet should meet the following standards:

Be honest

Listings should accurately represent the person posting. Use your own real, recent photos. Misleading descriptions or fake profiles are not tolerated.

Be respectful

Treat others with respect. Discriminatory, hateful, or abusive language based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability is prohibited.

Be legal

All activity facilitated through listings must be legal under UK law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your conduct complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Be safe

Never share personal information such as your full name, home address, or financial details in a listing. Protect your privacy and the privacy of others.

4. Photos and media

  • You must own or have permission to use all photos in your listing
  • All persons in photos must be 18 or older
  • Photos must not contain illegal content of any kind
  • Watermarks from other sites are discouraged but not prohibited

5. User conduct

When interacting with others through VivaStreet or linked platforms:

  • Always obtain clear, enthusiastic consent before any meeting
  • Respect boundaries and the word "no"
  • Do not harass, stalk, or intimidate other users
  • Do not pressure anyone into activities they are uncomfortable with
  • Do not share private communications or images without consent

6. Safety recommendations

While VivaStreet does not verify individual listings, we strongly recommend:

  • Meeting in a public place first when possible
  • Telling a trusted friend where you are going
  • Verifying the other person's identity before committing
  • Never sending money or gift cards upfront
  • Trusting your instincts — if something feels off, leave
  • Contacting police on 999 if you feel in danger

7. Reporting violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

You can report anonymously. We will never share your identity with the person you are reporting.

8. Enforcement

VivaStreet reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, without notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may also:

  • Remove the listing from our directory permanently
  • Block the content source from future aggregation
  • Report the content to law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperate fully with any legal investigations

9. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued display of content on the Site constitutes acceptance of the current guidelines.
